I use this. The legs are flexible and can be wrapped around just about anything. The phone mount can be unscrewed and fitted on a real camera if need be.
Set the ISO on your phone down low, crank the exposure compensation up, set the phone to 2-second shutter delay and take a pic. You'll be surprised at what a phone is capable of.
