Drove south for a couple of hours recently on a flat day to check out a few places and walked up Mount Dromedary near Narooma. It's pretty cool seeing a 800m high actual mountain right next to the ocean - not a super common sight in Aus. There were some almost steep parts on the track too.
Warning: don't walk up there on a super windy day like I did. It's pretty densely forested in some parts with huge eucalypts and every time the wind gusted heaps of shit was falling off them. A pretty large branch fucking exploded into the track about 3 feet ahead of me at one point.
