>>241930GSI, MSR, Primus, and some other companies also make some great camp kitchen nicknacks that are real lifesavers too. I use this pot scraper, it's awesome. A few different companies make them. I don't brink a dedicated food knife, I just use my regular camp knife. GSI makes some great waterproof spice containers, there's one called the "spice rocket" and they also have just a regular salt and pepper shaker that I use as well.
Your cookset is also a great place to stash some extra matches or an extra lighter, in fact I encourage you to cram as much stuff inside there as possible, otherwise it's wasted empty space in your pack.
