I live laugh love the /out/ life but unless you're constantly /out/ it's not going to make you loose weight or gain muscle noticeably for a long long time. /out/ activities are best paired with a structured diet with a focus on caloric intake and, at a minimum, some attention paid to macronutrient intake. if you want to go the extra mile and also have a toned body you need to do research on regular weight lifting or callisthenics. 2-3 hours a week will make a world of difference quickly. PPL is a good starting point for weight lifting.
