Bracket/ski gets mounted where the front axle used to go, skid/track system goes where the swing arm and rear wheel used to go.
Couple other things to make a dirt bike more functional and funner in the winter... grip warmers, engine shroud, t-stat gauge.
The two wheels you're seeing is a dolly that allows the vehicle to be moved around in the shop.
