For someone that has lived in CA and NC (former USMC), let me tell yah... Cali summer is heaven compare to NC summer. I was stationed in Camp Lejeune, NC. Pretty much right around the shore line with ocean breeze and it was hot as fuck. The humidity is fucking insane. I can hardly sleep at night because of the damp. Now you may say, "fan, AC etc" In San Diego I didn't need none of that shit. All I had to do is open my window. I can also take 1hour flight to Norcal and enjoy inawoods Cascadia/marinewest climate. I donno how anyone can NC over CA.
