>>454794I suggest you torrent and try this game, OP. It is only in Alpha right now, but it is pretty good jsut from that. In later versions there's supposed to be NPCs which you will need to team up with, rob, and/or kill depending on your own wants, needs, and ethics.
I suggest you only use medium difficulty, because the highest difficultly really has the wolves being way too unrealistic.
>What would you do from there?I wouldn't be in that situation in the first place. Survival for humans is not isolationism. I'd have banded together lots of people, as many as would follow me, and made a solid community. Then small roving bands of people wouldn't even have the idea of stealing/raiding and instead would want to join up or trade.
Anyone ITT saying you should find and harm those people that took your stuff wouldn't have lasted as long as your subject has lasted. 1 person taking on or even stalking 4-5 people isn't going to work. You will be spotted. If you choose to attack, you will be injured, even if you get away. The entire process to get your stuff back, even to just follow them would more than likely doom you to a downward spiral you most likely would not survive. The absolute best interaction you could do with them is to catch up with them and offer a trade of food to join their group. Seeing you have valuable skills will make you a good addition to their group. Having a firearm, doubles your chances of inclusion in the group. I'd not mention anything at all about your camp being raided though that can cause bad blood from the get-go.
Otherwise, you don't go after them and you double your survival detail as well as relocating your camp. If they left anything behind, count on them returning to pick it up, so don't hang around very long. Even if they took everything, they might come back to see if they can get more from you thinking that you'll return.
