Not enough info to really give a good answer, but if given enough time, not moving around, and a decent budget, I’d do a 12’ square waxed canvas tent with the steel tube frames similar to what they have at Boy Scout summer camps, and rig up a rain fly in the front for cooking space. I’d get some pallets to use as a floor, then probably a cot, thin mattress, and a sleeping bag for sleeping. For cooking I’d do a regular propane stove, and if I was grilling meat I’d make a fire.
This is assuming a lot of stuff of course, but I could see living that way for at least a year if I had the ability to bring all that stuff in.
