Didn't catch any mackerel and lost my favourite lure, but at least some seals came up to me and hung out. They must have been hunting the same thing I was. I'd never seen a wild seal before.
Gonna order one of these new small storm lures to replace it, I'm a huge fan of storm, catch loads of fish on their freshwater lures.
