Actually, esee has a far superior warranty. No matter how the knife is broken, on accident or on purpise, if you're the 1st or 100th owner, they'll replace it.

As example...got shot his Esee 5 until it broke, sent it in and got a new one.

Nope it is covered. If you break it on purpose, they will replace it.

This knife is in their display. A guy shot the knife on purpose, multiple times with dif calibers to see how strong the blade was. They replaced it.

My friend broke his Esee 4 on purpose, they replaced it.
