Sucks that most toeboxes for some reason are longest in the middle, even though most people have their big toe as longest.
Also looks like you've been wearing like 2-3 sizes too small for years, your toes look cramped and squished together as fuck. Be happy if you don't have ingrown nails from that yet, you really don't want to, I can tell from experience. Plus the toes rubbing against each other when walking is a problem too if they're so close together
Sizing up and walking barefoot more often helps, at least it did for me. Ingrown nails almost gone, and toes widened a bit I feel (though mine were never quite as cramped as yours).
Finally, looks like you could lose some weight
