>>2542867Esee Candiru. I have been using the thing daily at work the past year and a half, and was using the Izula for like a year before that with zero issues.
I thought fixed blades were a meme until I got a CRKT that I could mount horizontal on my belt. Always hated shit on the belt because it digs into the gut when you bend that way, especially a knoife handle sticking out. But the little fixed blades going horizontal are easy to grab, hidden by your shirt, and the best part is you barely notice it’s there unlike a heavy folder in your pocket. Also the little Izula and Candiru don’t scare normies as much when using them at work because the whole thing fits in the palm of my hand.
Also I thought carbon steel was a meme but it holds an edge better than any budget stainless and it sharpens so fast with a cheap pull thru sharpener. Only time I ever noticed a tiny bit of rust starting was when I got soaked with rain and left the knife in the wet clothes for a full day straight, but it wiped right off, and I’m in Florida where it’s always humid.
