My phone has a 10 megapixel camera on it. It fucking sucks at 10 megapixels. I'd be perfectly happy if it cranked out a 2-megapixel image, and each pixel on the sensor had 4x the surface area to capture photons.
More megapickles doesn't mean your'e getting a higher quality image, even though it's often marketed that way.
