Now I'm not the greatest with baitcasters. I have owned that SilverMax for about a year and only had limited practice with it. And there is a huge difference between a $60 baitcaster and $160 baitcaster.
I switched back to the spinning reel. I can't see for shit so I'm getting little nests every cast. I think I need to wait for some daylight to practice more.
That Revo SX is smooth and quiet as hell tho. No complaints. And with that CarbonLite rod, it seriously must weigh like 1/3 of my Silver Max and Ugly Stik.
