They're chinkshit but has an actual usable UI and build quality is acceptable. There's no red light but there's sub 5lumen modes and usable middle mode instead of the usual full blast and useless too bright low and too dim middle. The charger is garbage. Also too heavy for running but that should go without saying for 18650 and 21700 batteries.
