>>1703606I use premade pizza crusts (3 pack is $2.50). Fresh dough would probably taste better but it’s really not worth the extra hassle. A jar of pizza sauce is $1.50 and will make like 12 pizzas. I usually transfer enough for 3 into a baggie, then when I’m ready to bake, just cut off a corner and squeeze it onto the crusts. Toppings are up to personal preference. My son will only eat mozzarella & pepperoni on his but I bring along a baggie of fried onions, peppers, mushroom and eggplant plus some crumbled Feta for mine. Bake time is about 8 minutes give or take. Need to make sure you have plenty of coals on top of the oven or the bottom of the pizza will get done and the top will still be “raw”
The oven nests inside itself and is very lightweight. I’ve also used it for biscuits, monkey bread and sweet rolls.
