>>1731089Keep the chard if it hasn't bolted. Take leaves from the outside and work in, it will grow back. Yank that other shit and try to keep the seed, it's acclimated to your area. Be prepared for endless volunteer sprouts form the plants that have gone to seed. I had a similar situation with an overgrown/abondoned garden and I am still pulling stray potatoes and brussel sprouts out of it a year later. Whoever it was left some great soil and three compost bins.
