I guess main thing I would add would be a small pack of some Gulp or Power Bait grubs or minnows. Pic related are some tiny guys. I think the minnows are 1" and grubs are 1.5". I pop those on a little jig head, maybe with a beetle spin, and blugill, crappie, even bass will go crazy for them. And you don't have to get that big jar, they sell small packs of a dozen or so. Going slightly larger to a 2" grub or minnow would still be good for most panfish as well, and you will get more interest from bass.
And as far as subtracting, why the spool of line? I used to keep random spools in my tackle bag, then I realized it was just extra weight. Even if I get a birds nest, it's never more than 20yds or so into the spool. So I can cut it off at the tangle and keep fishing with 80-90yds of line still on the reel.
