I don't see them mentioned all that much in /out/ so I'll toss in my Karrimor SF Sabre. 45L pack but you can add a pair of 12.5L "rocket pouches" to expand storage, it'll also take any other PLCE side pouches. I've had mine a few years, it's done just over 700km on my back with loads varying between 15-25kg, and it pretty much looks like it did when I got it; there's a little discolouration on the hip pads that would probably come out with a damp cloth; but it's more or less free of any abrasion wear, the stitching is good everywhere, zips and clips are all like new. Comes with a removeable - and allegedly reshapeable - hard foam stiffener in an internal pocket.
For me and my size it's comfy as fuck but there's no vertical adjustment on the hip strap so I would expect it probably doesn't suit anybody of any size; also on the downside while it's fairly modular with PLCE pouch options, there's zero molle on it so that might be a dealbreaker to some people. It's also not light empty - 1.9kg or so IIRC. No easy pockets - especially on a bare pack with no additional pouches - for a water bottle; for me that's not a problem as I use a bladder but again that might write it off for a lot of anons.
Seems moisture resistant to a certain point but that's an aspect I've never really tested - I always have a poncho within arms reach but the rain that has landed on it has never gotten inside. I've gotten sufficient use and value out of it that if it failed catastrophically now I'd replace it with another one but the way it's worn so far I doubt that'll be a factor.
