Leather and wool are going to be a fucking hell in your head. Actually good for winter time.
Synthetic (those white rigid ones) these are going to be better looking, the jack of all trades, master of none.
Not the best for very hot or cold weather, but they do ok. I use them for going to bbq, parties and stuff like that
Palm hats is what you really want, they are really fresh, they do very well in hot arid or humid weather. And here in México you can get them as cheap as 5 dollars, or as expensive as you want.
