I've been doing touristy stuff in Conwy and north Wales, mainly in the valley, and met 3 separate people who told me they see Asian-looking people training in the woods and they look paramilitary. When I was in Llanrwst I met a dude in the woods who told me he worked as a contractor fixing windows and sometimes did work close to MOD Capel Curig, and there's loads of stories around there. He said he was out in the woods early morning with his dog and some guy with a beard and full camo was fucking with a wood gun and tarps 20 feet from the trail. When the guy saw him walking up, he dropped some random great and fucking bolted into the woods. They've also seen a truck with 6 of them driving around asking in broken English where military stuff was, and what the security measures were (how many men at the gates, if that changes in the morning, etc.)
Any of you bros find odd items in caches out there, or anything off? I'd like to interview a few hikers but I know it's an odd question to just bring up without being promoted, particularly because I want to film it and report it somewhere.
A separate lady at a cheap hotel told me to watch out while in the remote parts of the valley, and said they come from the more populated cities and Liverpool. I feel like it may just be actual hikers and obviously don't want to bother them, but some shit they said sounded shady and I'd want to know more.
