(you have to or else you will spend too much money on stuff you probably don't need) unfortunately it's a percentage thing. we get WAY more people that want to get outdoors, come in, see things and have no idea what they are looking at or what they need so we are inclined to ask the questions and make sure they are outfitted properly. as oppose to a person who frequents /out/ and doesn't need any help.
