>>2813232That's why Bait Shops have a spooler that counts how much backing is going on the reel say i wanted 50 yards of back and my reel can hold 250 yards of of line means now I'm going to need to decide go with the strongest line and less yards or go with less strong line to maximize the line i can get out.
Backing is more for when you're F and you've been pretty much de-spooled by a fish the backing is normally lower to break or you will lose the setup.
TLDR; Buy a spooler with line counter.
