i inherited it from a friend who's owned it for a couple years. he says every time he waters it, the bottom leaves drop off, but the tree stays perfectly healthy.
I've changed the soil and sure enough, first proper watering and the leaves are dropping off the bottom. for the time being I've got it in ICU (outside where bright and breezy but under the awning). wat do?
