Food is a problem i guess, you would need, with the hard work that surviving is, need probably 3000 kcal per day. Granted, they all have fat reserves, but they don't last forever.
Lucas building a canoe was a gamble. He looks thin and he should put more time into securing some food sources. Not sure if the canoe will help. It certainly was a cool thing to do!
The dude loosing his ferrorod, man what a pity. I'm not sure this was the entire reason for him to tap out tho, he still had fire, he could have concentrated on building some kind of long term coal bedding in some old log or something, to have coals and dry stuff, even if his main fire is lost.
The other dudes seem to be on a good path in terms of skill. From now on it is a game of how much do they want the money. They all have family i understand.
