So I'm starting up my garden again for the year, but have a couple questions. If I wanted to fertilize the soil, I can go ahead and do so now if I wanted to plant in early spring right? Also, I am having some issues with a type of grass that keeps growing in my garden area. It grows as a strawberry would(I forget what that is called) and it is annoying as all hell. Is there something I can do to keep it at bay, or is disciplined maintainence the only option? Pic very related, it's the small plot I use.
