I mean shit, there are 5 foot shakespeare ultra light combos you can pick up from walmart RIGHT NOW for $20, pull the spooled up D grade line off, and respool with 2-6 lb line for $0.98 more, and a cheap crank-bait or inline spinner for $2 - $3 and be fishing ready.
