I caught a few of these bass in a pond the other day over 3-4 hours the other day. I saw a few bigger ones but had trouble gettin their attention among the others. I used a medium sized spinner with a worm on it and then switched to a larger one in an attempt to lure the bigger fish. Any tips for attracting the big boys ? I had tremendous success with both topwater and medium depth fishing. Would the bigger ones be more oriented to deeper depths?
I believe I had a few bites from some larger bass but of course, they took the lure right off the line both times. I was so pissed they took like 15$ Of spinner off me lol. I’m fishing this specific pond in the evening so if that makes a difference
