Ok, how about this. I'm gonna go and make a master post for a new thread. Continue to respond to this one until I finish with the other. That way rapey feelings can keep this nearly dead, soon to sage thread.
Something for you all to chew on: equipment and all practical things we can continue to discuss, but lets get to playing with the idea of enforcement. I don't know the legality of "neighborhood watches" but I do know that given Maine's laws concerning parcel ownership, enforcing the prohibition of wanton waste in regards to hunting and fishing will be difficult
