that's my 6500 btw, good pack, I tucked 50lbs the other day for 8km and its comfortable as fuck, when picking the pack with arms its heavy as shit but once on my back you dont really feel much, plus it flexes a bit with you, the frame and the hip belt, so you can move on uneven terrain, like on an horizontal slope, where your hips are bent, comfortably.
anyway as I was aking earlier in the thread, do you guys think it makes sense to have 3 packs?
1 smaller for overnighters and hot climate (small sleeping bag, no lvl7), 1 ruck for general use, and 1 big for very long trips.
honestly among the 2 big ones, one may be superfluous.
what's your opinion on packing a big pack less and it being a bit saggy and sinching it down compared to having a bit smaller pack?
my go toe would be:
mystery ranch komodo dragon, SATL, and 6500 (that one i already have).
otherwise I could use a beartooth to cover both the role of the satl and the 6500
