I have so many nice pipes of various styles and materials, but again and again I keep coming back to my $25 10" clay tavern belge. Maybe it suits my pacing (spells of puffing like a freight train and then super slow for a while) or because I cycle through blends constantly and doesn't ghost easily... or maybe because it makes me feel like a wizard. Probably all of the above. But I always wonder why clays have fallen so out of favor.
Currently enjoying some G&H Dark Flake Unscented and loving it. I really like lakelands but the Gawith & Hoggarth non-aros are underrated. A bit heavy out of the gate but really tasty once you get used to them.
