>>1479529Florida in general is fine I guess. Your options for something like camping for example are very limited because the land is overdeveloped. Certainly not a first pick for me, unless you're into water stuff (kayaking, canoeing, sailing, fishing, swimming, etc) which is god tier comfy.
My only real issue with living there was boomers keeping it too eerily quiet all the time. It drove me insane growing up but I did come to appreciate it sometimes.
Pic related is Weedon Island near where I grew up (St Petersburg). It seems you have to go looking for the hidden gems.
