There is a company in ne us that uses custom color polartec and a colorado company too, but they dont design room for your neck to bring.
If not Swazi, get polartec on surplus like sportsmans warehouse. Grid fleece is popular right now as it breathes better than traditional fleece. I bought some earlier this year and dont know if it is still on there. For the most part the colors are half naked tan and occasionally coyote dirty turban
