For long hikes, mountain/ no snow I have Meindl sherpas or nepal some shit
For EDC I had Merrell Moabs but they crumbled (literally started disintegrating) after five years and 15 days of farm work
Now I bought into the meme of Solomon Quest 4Ds, which in my oppinion try to be proper boots (not tactical sneakerboots like the Moabs). They're obviously inferior to La Sportiva but I like them insofar they're a good EDC, if a bit autistic.
After some years with these I will finally try to settle for the ultimate EDC boot.
