We have months of soap, shower gels. Antiseptics, antibiotic ointments, prescription antibiotics for adults and for kids.

I heal it with rubbing alcohol. When I hike I wear lighter hiking shoes rather than boots for better ventilation, and if possible dry my feet, socks and insoles every rest. Despite I carry second pair of socks and swap them mid-day. For crotch I also use hiking spandex boxers. I skip mouthwash completely and brush teeth intead, rinse thoroughly with water. Actually tootbrush was always my comfort item doing survival exercises
