There's many examples of these plans and some of them have passed (see California). One plan had the local government take complete control of food, water and other resources. Very strict rules were put on people. Very similar to what we are going through right now. And if these plans succeed, you will never get to enjoy the outdoors again (because it's wasteful to do so) and you'll only get to see them again while traveling to another mega city on a high speed train (if you're allowed to travel). And even still (because Americans will not have rights anymore) the preserved nature regions will be destroyed and stripped of all resources to benefit some jew probably.
