>>2588994yeah even the old mill (first built in about 1840 and expanded in 1865) is on the market now. no interest in a couple years so far but it's a matter of time I guess. it's been left empty for decades although still has an owner who looks after the property. if you know where the old dam used to be you can find where the river used to run under the mill to power the machines. it's like fucking catacombs down there. my friend's dad was hiding from the cops in there for an afternoon and said he came across crates of dynamite from like a hundred years ago. you fucking sneeze and that might set the whole place into orbit.
