They were actually from the Sunny Corner Community Progress Association, and the guy was trying to convince the woman about the need to get a proper toilet facility built ($140,000 budget to spend..) They came up to ask my option of the place, and I got heaps of questions answered-- the reserve was created in 1850 [!], the water tank was installed with no tap for some stupid reason they don't even know, the children's playground behind the shelter was installed in 1992 but someone stole all the fencing for their pool.
They were keen on a 'spiral' style toilet block, that would be immune to most vandalism. I'll see in a few years what happens.
