I try to minimize it as much as possible and bring more base ingredients + seasonings.
>instant rice
>instant refired beans
>instant mashed potatos
>steelcut oatmeal
>GORP
>beef &/or turkey jerky
>top ramen with half of the water drained + a little peanut butter & hotsauce = "poor man's pad thai"
>whole wheat tortillas
>cous cous
>dehydrated fruits and veggies that you can just throw into a pot
>individual tuna fish/ slamon/ or chicken servings in a bag
>ghee
>hotsauce and a couple of spices
>extra dry cheeses
>preserves meats like summer sausage
>a clove or two of fresh gharlic
Mix and match all of these for different combinations and you'll never be bored. Buy a dehydrator and make your own shit too.
