I have been growing cuban havana for the past months, and i have done it indoors cause its too cold outside (i live in a northern region). I have plans on starting to grow outside in the spring, but summer only last for a couple of months here, 4 months warm weather max. I am going to start the seeds indoors and plant them outside when its time.
Due to too little space inside I only had room for 4 plants, and finally have one left because they grew too big and didn't get enough light from one lamp. This is okay cause i did this for the sole purpose of experimenting to see what happens and what works.
The 4 grew to about 1m tall for ~3 months after which their roots started to grow upwards into the air (because they didn't have enough space to grow in the medium size pots i had). None have had leaves that turn yellow, I did not expect it to take this long (could it be cause of the pot size?).
Post tips and thoughts on tobacco growing (indoors and outside) and fuckups youve made. Any contribution is greatly appreciated.
