Are trail races /out/ related? Moved back to Alaska last year, signed up to do a trail race in late July. I'm an avid runner and have done a few marathons, but are there any trail racers on here who can advise on whether there are major differences to training, equipment/shoes, etc that might not be evident to someone running one for the first time.
Also /out roon/ general if anyone has stories, pics, or anything else they'd like to share
