>>354530The belt is a little high and I'm 6'2. But once I buckle it down its right on my hip bones. You do have 5 or 6 slots for adjustment to raise and lower the bag. If you can get over the weight, its a bomb proof pack that really handles weight nicely. Sometimes I'll have a heavy rifle in the scabbard and I'll just pick it up by the drag handles and I haven't found a broken stitch yet, so the quality is top notch. Just make sure you have the right gear and not a lot of stuff that you don't need as it isn't a very large pack. But I can do 4 days pretty easy with the pack as is.
