>>2292323Yeah definitely, mostly in the bigger ones but there are some smaller (35-45 ft) that take part in some races like "Gotland Runt" which is an offshore race on the east coast of Sweden. I'm not sure what class the bigger Classic boats sail in (some of these are 75-100 ft long but extremely skinny) but it's anywhere from 180 to 600 nautical miles depending on your boat's handicap. I think it usually takes the classic yachts somewhere between 40-60 hours to complete the race.
Pic related is one of the bigger, SK150 (150 means the main+85% of the foretriangle is 150 square meters) "Beatrice Aurore". She's like 75 ft long and 10 ft wide, the proportions are crazy.
