>>2729042My favorite is pan frying in butter after coating in brown sugar, garlic powder, salt, and freshly diced green onion. Good stuff. Have also made stir fry, cooked over a fire, fish balls/crap cakes, in gumbo. There really isn’t a bad way to cook sunnies and other panfish.
