These will be brine pickles so they'll take a couple weeks to get close to ready but it's always worth the wait. Mostly cucumbers, herbs, onion, garlic (harvested today) I gad a ton of tiny zucchini I didn't use soon enough so the flowers weren't the best, ended up tossing the young fruit in as well, looking forward to how they come out. Peppers will start ripening soon then it'll be real fermenting time.
