greenhouses are easy to build. A cable system is easy to mount in rock terrain. truthfully they can level an area and build a shit ton of greenhouse stations and growing terraces. the weather will play a role in what they can harvest. they claimed they have lots of water sources, which i doubt at the altitude stated but sump pumps and abs pipe are easy to acquire. generators and solar power are easy to get. maybe a few tesla powerwall donations could help them out as well. a heli lift for the big stuff, bobcat, ditchwitch, gennys, quanset huts and if they can setup a proper solar and co-gen to recycle power waste a prospering community could had. water rights and the "lake" thing might play a problem but I think the main priority for them would be to find or create a plateau for heli lift and emergency evac.
