I have pic related and they are the best boots I've ever owned. They're not a hunting boot and are too warm for the summer but amazing late season hunting boots.
Not sure how you can fix the heel slip. I'm super picky with boot shopping and don't leave the store unless they're absolutely fucking perfect these days. I hope you do because those boots will last you many years.
