And on a certain level women have always had a psychological predisposition to being hypergamous and such, for survival and genetic selection reasons. And again men have a biological predisposition that was always there but has been taken advantage of by all the snares of the industrial age.
All that being said, there's men who have freed themselves, as much as can be done, from the poisons of the industrial age. The number is very small who don't have a porn addiction and actually have a remote clue of what is important in life. Women are not so conscious of this larger struggle of historical forces and what is going on inside because of the conditions we live in, but there are some who end up in a salvageable state or even rarely a good state.
