>>1533259Can't pretend i did much. They made me fucking shovel this 3" rock down for a path though. I've worked at rock quarries for a decade and told my wife this shit is rediculous. Only good for rolling ankles and can't shovel. And i have a fucked up cankle so rolling it is a pretty damned horrible ordeal potentially. But don't listen to me though. Fml. At least it rained for the last 2 months and it packed in some. I'll put smaller shit over it when i get time and it shouldn't be much of problem. And I'll get a plate compactor to flatten the shit one day. Can't really bitch though. Father in law gave us the coop, helped move it, and built the fence. And the garden is doing really well. First tomatoes are already here. No idea wtf else is in here. I honestly dont even care. Long as everyone else is happy. And we'll be well fed. This is one of 3 gardens we have.
I haven't told anyone yet but i got a surprise for next year. Got a tractor to borrow and some hay/cow shit that's 2 years old next summer. I'm renting a tiller attachment and tilling a 2 acre plot. We can build wtf ever sized garden everyone else wants. If we don't use the whole thing I'll use the opportunity to pick out 7 billion rocks. I guess I'll just borrow the neighbor's cows for a few days to pack it down and throw grass seed?
Have a pond and water well. Any suggestions for an automated wattering system? May as well bury lines while I'm at it.
What would a 2 acre bug net cost? Just the net. I'll work out the frame latter. I want to keep pests out and beneficial bugs in. If it goes well I'll turn a large part of it into a green house or maybe all of it. We have a really large family. I am sure they would love it.
I have a decent sized pond. I may run some geothermal piping if it is worth it?
What would you anons do with a 2 acre greenhouse.
NB4 weed lmao.
I'll potentially have a natural gas well in 2 years that should do a fine enough job of heating.
