Cabelas rods are good for the price. If you want to spend the least possible amount of money, an eagle claw fly rod is like $30 and can sling a fly 50 feet easy if you do your part. I love an air cel line, its nice enough to not hold me back much if at all, but cheap enough that i dont need to freak out if i drag it over logs or rocks now and then.
